Nooo!  Payline Data is committed to providing top tier service and support to all of our valued merchant customers. We love our customers and will stop at nothing to keep you with us.  With that said, we understand that there are circumstances when a merchant no longer requires our services.

Should you need to close your account, please contact our customer service department at (800) 284-7401. This is the only way to initiate the process to deactivate your account with Payline Data. During this call, we will review your account status and what is required upon cancellation.  After the call, our customer service department will send an email that contains the required steps to complete the cancellation process.  Upon receipt, simply follow the instructions provided and complete the cancellation.  Please note that if the entire process is not followed, your account will not be cancelled and monthly charges may continue to be assessed until all steps are completed.
