Please find below our policies regarding warranties, returns and cancellations. 

  • All equipment purchased through Payline Data comes under manufacturer warranty. 
  • All refurbished products are clearly marked as such and come with manufacturers warranties. 
  • Payline Data will handle equipment replacement or repair within 30 days of purchase if necessary.  
  • After thirty days, we help customers contact the manufacturer for service on all warranties by calling our support number or submitting a support ticket.  
  • Merchant Warehouse has extended warranty plans that are available to our merchants. If you are interested in finding out more about these programs or if you already have one of our extended warranties you should call 1-800-284-7401 for assistance. 
  • All returns of opened newly purchased equipment must be authorized by Payline Data and will be returned at the customer’s expense, within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. (A restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may be applied to the return. No refunds can be made on shipping or activation fees for these returns.) 
  • Software and used equipment sold through website cannot be returned for a refund.
